June 3rd

Club prints review  In a change to the published programme members of the Scunthorpe Camera Club will have the opportunity to view and offer constructive feedback on prints submitted by club members. Members need to bring at least one print along which will be reviewed without any element of competition.

June 10th

Alfresco PhotoshootMembers of the Scunthorpe Camera Club will not hold their next meeting at their usual venue in the Community Centre. Instead they will assemble at the home of Camera Club President Ted Dowse who will host an outdoor photoshoot in his very picturesque and extensive gardens. Ted  has converted his large barn into a photographic studio complete with various backgrounds, electronic studio lights, and a changing room for models.

 June 17th

John Wells ….Lincoln based photographer John makes a welcome return to the Club. John is supported by Permajet, whose high quality papers he uses for his prints. Club members will get the opportunity to appreciate at close quarters the marriage between his stunning top class photography and materials.

June 24th

 Messingham Ponds... This evening the Camera Club will take advantage of summer evenings and assemble at Messingham Ponds for an outdoor photoshoot. This location boasts both natural history and a tranquil landscape.

from Messingham village.into village take the road beside the petrol station (down the hill) to Catchwater X roads,straight over the X roads into Butterwick Road,  go past the Grange Park Golf club driving range  ( on your right ) entrance take the first gate on the right into the fishing ponds car park signed as cafe.
 
From Scotter Road, past Asda towards Scotter over the motorway at the Catchwater X roads turn right go past the Grange park Golf Club driving range (on the right) entrance take the first gate on the right into the fishing ponds car park signed as cafe.
