On 19^th & 26^th November club held the highlight of the club's competition season The Annual Competition.
November 19 was devoted to devoted to judging some of the categories. November 26 saw the balance of the judging and the presentation of the silver trophies. It was judged by Allan Robson of the Selby Camera Club. Allan gave each print a thorough analysis, always accompanied by valuable, erudite comments
' Caspien Tern' The winning Best Digital Image by Duncan Hill

Best Overall print was won by Duncan Hill with his monochrome print of a Snowy Egret displaying – this print showed the bird displaying its beautiful plume of white feathers.
Duncan also took the award for the Best Colour print with his print Osprey .
Again in the monochrome section Duncan gained first place with his winning print of the Snow Egret.
Moving on to Digital Images, Duncan continued his success with his Natural History image ' Caspien Tern' winning Best Digital Image.
