Competition No 1

// No sooner is the Annual out of the way, than the next years round of bi monthly competitions get under way. The first round took place on 1 February, with the club welcoming Grahame Dunken to judge. // On 3 May the club welcomed back judge Allan Rowsell of Axholme Camera Club to judge the second of this years bi monthly competitions . // On 5 July the club welcomed back John Whaler from RB Camera Club to judge the third of this years bi monthly competitions. Judging nearly 80 images, John commented on a wide variety of entries across the spectrum from portrait through to natural history. Competition No 4

// On 27 September the club welcomed back Dave Stewart from Peterborough Photographic Society to judge the final bi monthly competition for this year This was a tough competition, but Dave managed to get through over 70 images, making both informative and constructive comments in an entertaining way. Annual Competition

// On 29th November the club began the highlight of the club's competition season The Annual Competition. This first evening was devoted to viewing the entries. The following week the judge revealed his choice of award winners. It was judged by Colin Smedley, who revealed his choices accompanied by valuable, erudite comments. Honorary Vice President Mick Ward presented the silver trophies for the winning entries in both the Annual competition, and the trophies for the points accumulated in the bi monthly competitions.
